The duties of hostesses and stewards include welcoming guests, dealing with computerised or paper-based registration, providing information, handing out presentation material, and lending support in the hall room.
The hostess personnel is carefully selected on the basis of previous experience and professional background.

Our company boasts over 200 male and female hostesses qualified for various assignments. For each service we pick the person best suited to the client’s requirements. On our team we have fluent French and/or English speakers. We can also provide specialised staff with first aid and basic fire safety qualifications.
